FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Is the reservation fee refundable?

Yes, you can receive a full refund at any time from your preferred MINI Retailer until you enter into a Purchase Agreement. To request a refund, please complete the Refund Request on the cancellation page, found in your confirmation email and your preferred MINI Retailer will be in contact with you directly. Upon cancelling, allow 7-10 business days for the $500 reservation fee to be credited to your original form of payment by your preferred MINI Retailer.

When will the vehicles be ready for delivery?

Your preferred MINI Retailer will be in contact with you to provide you with the estimated delivery date.

Will I be able to customize the vehicle I reserve?

Your preferred MINI dealer will be able to supply you with the customization options available.

How will I be updated about the progress of the vehicle?

Your preferred MINI Retailer will contact you to provide you with additional ordering information and delivery process.

Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?

No, the reservation can only be under your name. Please contact your preferred MINI Retailer if you have any specific questions.

I would like to put a reservation fee on this vehicle, but do not want to use the online form, what should I do?

The New MINI Countryman is only available to reserve online.

Am I buying this vehicle directly from MINI Canada?

No. The Purchase Agreement will be between you and your preferred MINI Retailer, not you and MINI Canada.
